Hi, I’m Dana - a food photographer and content creator based in Aberdeen, Scotland, specialising in vibrant food photography, restaurant content, food videography for hospitality and lifestyle brands.

My background in the restaurant industry gave me a deep appreciation for food, hospitality, and the atmosphere that brings dining experiences to life. Combining that passion with photography naturally led me into creating bold, colourful imagery that helps brands connect with their audience through engaging visual storytelling.

My work focuses on creating fresh, dynamic content for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, food brands, and hospitality businesses across Aberdeen and beyond. From menu photography and social media content to campaign imagery and short-form video, I love capturing food in a way that feels exciting, authentic, and full of personality.

Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with incredible clients including Carnation, St. Dalfour, Smarties, and Absolute Taste, alongside shoots at both the 150th and 152nd Golf Open Championships. I was also honoured to be shortlisted in the Food & Drink category at The British Photography Awards 2024 and shortlisted in the 2026 World Food Photography Awards.

One of my favourite projects was photographing recipe ebooks for Graeme Tomlinson, The Fitness Chef, combining vibrant food styling with approachable, healthy recipes designed to inspire everyday cooking.

Whether I’m photographing a new restaurant menu, creating social-first video content, or styling food for a campaign shoot, I’m passionate about bringing creative ideas to life through impactful visuals.

Based in Aberdeen and available across Scotland and the UK, I’m always excited to collaborate on food photography, restaurant photography, branded content, recipe photography, videography, and creative hospitality projects.
